Delivery Information

As you can tell by the title, this page lets you know about our delivery information. It breaks down what what options we have available and how much they cost.

We dispatch orders placed before 3 pm on weekdays on the same day. However, orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

After you place an order, you will receive an ‘Order Confirmation Email.’ Please review your address details and inform us immediately if there are any inaccuracies. Ensuring the correctness of your address details is your responsibility. We cannot accept liability for missing orders due to incorrect addresses. Once dispatched, you will receive a ‘Dispatch Confirmation Email’ indicating that your item is on its way.

Here are the shipping options:

Tracked 48

It costs £1.99 (orders under £30) and typically takes 2-5 working days. We utilize Royal Mail Tracked 48 for this service. For orders over £30, the service is free (£0.00).

Tracked 24

This option costs £2.99 and is estimated to arrive in 1-2 working days. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for this service.

Parcelforce 24

Coming in at £6.00, this is the most expensive service we have available but Parcelforce are great. Please note, deliveries for this service are Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays.)

As stated earlier on this page, all orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. Furthermore, for Tracked 24 & Parcelforce 24 deliveries ordered on a Friday, we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.

Finally, in most cases, we will use the service/courier selected by you. However, on rare occasions, we may need to change the courier due to early parcel collection, size/weight restrictions, or the need for a more premium service. Rest assured that the replacement service will always be of the same level or higher.
