Any order placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped out the same day (excluding Bank Holidays.) Assuming nothing crazy happens like all of us getting a sudden bout of illness, or a Noah’s Ark style flood occurring.

Yes you can. However, you would need to inform us straight away. One of our strengths is how quickly we process orders. If you have already received your dispatch notification, we will no longer be able to change it.
We don’t do it. Why? Well, we want you to have the freedom of choice. Although subscriptions can be great for some products, we want you to be able to pick what flavour you want and the nicotine strength. Also, and most importantly, times are tough finically. Without being tied in, you can spend as little or as much as your budget will allow each week or month.

This cuts our any middlemen that would need to add their margin on to it. Using “frustration-free packaging” (as Amazon call it) also helps keep the prices low. Doing away with pointless boxes means that we don’t have the unnecessary expense of the box and can keep shipping costs lower.

There are two main types of e-liquids: freebase and nicotine salt. Freebase e-liquids are the most common type of e-liquid.
